Coach Chris and Coach Evan discussing the small window of time…just after you catch a wave, but before you descend completely to the trough which is seized with correct timing of when you stop paddling for the wave and begin setting your rail to go down the line.
Coach Chris and Coach Evan address Ben’s question of how to consistently take-off without sinking to the bottom of the wave face. They emphasize the importance of the rail set and review Ben’s footage at his local wave pool.
