Both Matt and Ashley asked a similar question, so here’s my answer for the both of them. Thanks for your question you two! Most important thing about a smaller board…it’s going to feel awkward and hard at first. Don’t give up.

This is a question I’ve been asked before…and while I’m no expert on creating at home workouts, I do have some thoughts on what you can do to improve yourself in order to become a better surfer when you’re not able to actually go surf. Thanks for your question, Jordan!

Nonetheless, I’m happy to navigate this question in the way that made the most sense to me in the moment starting with the often overlooked unit of measurement: volume.
